Various Types of Ski Lesson in Korea from JSKI

Many Foreigners come to Korea for various purposes; travel, business, meet someone, etc.
So, they come with various kinds of group; family, friends, lover, etc.

Each different groups like each different activity when they go trip abroad.
For example, group of friends may want to do more active things like hiking, biking.
Otherwise, family group will do more comfortable and calm things like sightseeing, city traveling, shopping.

Fortunately, there is something special for traveler to enjoy together.

The answer is.... ski !

When friend groups come to take ski lesson, their physical abilities are similar each other, so ski instructor can give same level lesson to them. Furthermore, they can enjoy together after ski lesson.
As you can see, in the pictures and video, only one instructor can manage one group of ski students because they are small group of friends.

Next group of ski lesson is big group; 2~3 families, company, school.

When the group is too big, they need instructors more than only one. (Because we think that the safty of students is the most important.)

In case of that, we seperate the group depending on their abilities or age.

Last season, two families came to Korea for learning ski and we gave them ski lesson at Alpensia resort. we seperated their group 'adults' and 'kids'.

They loved this method because both groups were so satisfied with seperating and taking lesson.

As a result, two groups could enjoy together after our ski lesson.

Lastly, many couples come to Korea for ski tour. They take ski lesson together, help each other, make special memory, and their love becomes deeper and deeper :)

(Of course, our ski instructors are good at taking picture also ! )

Whatever your group is, we can handle it.

Come to Korea to Take Ski Lesson and Be Our Friends !!

As years go by, more and more traveler come to Korea for ski tour. And they realize that they need to learn ski before enjoying because ski can be dangerous without knowing how to control.

Last winter season, we totally gave about 700 sessions of ski lesson to them who came to enjoy ski tour. After ski lesson, they could become skier and enjoy by themselves.

From baby to the old.
From a group of school students to big group of family.
From friends to lovely couple.

Various kinds of people took our ski lesson.

In our instructors' opinion, although lesson is, of course, relationship between instructor and student, it is also communication of person to person. So, we will try to give you not only ski lesson but also emotional friendship. After the lesson, you may become good skier, and we may become your friend!

SKI TOUR IN KOREA - The preparations for enjoying ski

A: I am planning to visit Korea for taking ski lesson.
B: Oh, great. When? Where? Who are the instructors?
A: This Dec, Vivaldi resort, and instructors working at JSKI.
B: Perfect. Do you know what you have to prepare?
A: ..........No...What should I prepare?

Do you decide to come to Korea for enjoying ski tour? And do you need any help for preparations except for ski equipments JSKI will supply?
For you, we will help you know what you should prepare for skiing.

Suncream
If someone asks a question about preparations for ski, without any hesitation, first answer is 'suncream'. Although many people get to know the importance of suncream through media, foreign ski tourists often forget to bring it. Most of them think like that, 'Why should I bring suncream? We are not going to beach.' But, suncream is a compulsory thing at ski resort because the ultraviolet light reflected from snow is much more powerful than that of summer.

Emergency Medicines
Although it is impossible to bring all kinds of medicine, you should pack several emergency medicines like cold medicine, fever reducer, pain killer.
There is a pharmacy in Vivaldi resort but it is closed at evening, so if you are sick at night, you can't care yourself.
Especially, muscle pain is common to ski beginners because non-used muscles are overstrained.
Of course, the best preparation for pain is excercising enough before you are skiing.

Sunglasses
Whether you decide to enjoy skiing or to watch your kids sliding down white slope, you should bring sunglasses. As I mentioned, reflected ultraviolet light is so strong on white snow, and it makes eyes become easily tired. So if you want to protect your eyes from sunlight, wear the sunglasses. ( It also makes you fashionable ^^)

Comfortable Slippers
If you are planning to stay at Vivaldi resort, it is very useful to prepare comfortable slippers.
There are many facilities you can use in underground, so you, undoubtedly, often go there. In that case, putting on shoes time after time is very troublesome. If there is a pair of slippers, it is easy to take a walk or to go to supermarket or to go to smoke.

Cap
In the Vivaldi Park, there is not only ski resort but also Ocean World where you can enjoy swimming. To be admitted, you should wear a sort of cap. You don't need to wear swimming cap, so wearing fashionable cap is popular for people who come to enjoy swimming.

Travel Korea, Ski lesson in Korea.

In Korea, there are four seasnons; spring, summer, fall, winter.

Now, it is summer !

The most famous leisure in summer is going to beach and swimming !

You can travel with your friends and take a wonderful picture like this in front of beautiful wave and sky.

Nowadays, not only native Korean, but many foreigners come to korean beach and enjoy swimming, tanning, etc.

'RunningMan', one of the most famous TV programms, also takes a film at beach.

So, more and more foreign travelers come to Korea to enjoy. but, as I said, Korea has four seasons.
After summer, what can we enjoy ?

The answer is ski !!
Because of the 'four seasons', many foreigners who live in Singapore, Malysia, Indonnesia,etc where there is no snow come to Korea at winter to enjoy ski tour.

Most of ski resorts will open in November.
Vivaldi, Alpensia, Yongpyeong, Highone resorts are very famous to foreigner coming to Korea to ski tour. At the resorts, they can also take ski lesson from us, JSKI.
We can give the ski lesson to them by using English. Year and year, we have had more ski lesson with foreign tourists. So, you don't have to hesitate to come to Korea and to enjoy skiing because you can learn ski easily from us :)
