1. Namisum

Namisum is an island in Banghari in Gangwon-do. It was developed as a cultural site and tourist resort with the tomb of Gereral Nam Yi. It is a representative sightseeing spot of Korea which is visited by 3.3 million people annually. On the island, there are cultural spaces such as World Peace Museum, Nam Moon Gallery, Nami Gallery, Cultural Cener, UNICEF Hall and Andersen Picture Book Center. The Namisum Cultural Foundation organizes about 600 performances, plays, festivals, and exhibitions annually. It is the place where the largest number of cultural performances are held in Korea. And you also enjoy zip wire that you can see the whole scene of Namisum at a glance.

2. Rail bike

Jeongnyun rail bike is a railway bike designed to run 7.2km at a speed of 15km from Gangwon-do Jeongseon's Gyulrye station to Auraji Station. The rail bikes are built along the creek. It takes about 40 minutes to step on the rail bike. The 30 minutes is on the downhill and the last is a little uphill. So everyone can enjoy this rail bike.

3. Yangtte Pasture (Sheep Pasture)

The wetland filled with soft ridges and wild plants of Daegwallyeong Ranch retains its natural appearance. It is more beautiful and miraculous because it exits its nature. In the ridge of a beautiful ranch where the green grass is waving in the wind. When you look at it, it makes you feel like you are in the Alps. Why don't you walk a 1.2km along while watching the cute sheep run over the grass? And you also can look at the big eyes of sheep while feeding.

This places are good place even though in the winter. So first you travel here and have another new experience with SKI! Because of the 'four seasons', many foreigners who live in Singapore, Malysia, Indonnesia,etc where there is no snow come to Korea at winter to enjoy ski tour.

And also these are near Vivaldi park where you can enjoy skiing. It has an advantage of convenient accessibility.

Korea Seoul Tour & Ski Lesson with JSKI

1. Namsan Seoul Tower

Namsan Seoul Tower was the first tower-type tourism spot in Korea. The top of the tower is at almost 480m above sea level, including Namsan Mountain (243m) and the tower’s own height (236.7m), making it one of the tallest towers in the Orient.

The tower was first established as a broadcast tower to send out TV and radio signals in 1969. As of now, it has become one of the representative landmarks and multi-cultural venues in Seoul.

2. Olympic park

The Olympic park has an outdoor sculpture park, 88 playgrounds and a music foundation. Other facilities include the Olympic Hall, the Olympic Parktel and the Mongchon Historical Museum. You can take pictures One tree hill that stands alone among parks and that is the most famous place in the Olympic park.

3. Everland

The Everland is the one of the largest theme parks in Korea. You can join rides and theme parks that change each season. If you visit in the evening, you can take better pictures. And also next Everland, there is a Carribbean bay that you can enjoy swimming pool.

You can join this place in the fall when the weather is cool to trip. Furthermore, you also can travel Korea in the winter with SKI! Because of the 'four seasons', many foreigners who live in Singapore, Malysia, Indonnesia,etc where there is no snow come to Korea at winter to enjoy ski tour.

After traveling these places, we have bus to help you arrive to Vivaldi, Alpensia, Yongpyeong, Highone resorts in the Hong-ik University and Myeong-dong at the Lotte Hotel.

Let’s go to Vivaldi Park!!!

You will not be able to enjoy skiing to the Alpensia ski resort in Pyeongchang this winter.

That’s why is the ski area does not open because of the Pyeongchang Olympic Games held in Korea.

So we expect the tourists who want to take ski lesson & enjoy skiing have to visit ski resort

that is open for the duration of the Winter Game to tourists for learning ski and board.

Although the Pyeongchang Olympic Games are held at Yongpyeong Ski Resort,

some facilities are available,

but even during the Olympic Games

The rest of the slope is available except for some slopes.

So, you can enjoy skiing at Yongpyeong Resort from December to January 21, 2018 when to close.

But Alternatively, We are Recommend to go Vivaldi Park to ski in Korea.

as it lies about an hour by road from Seoul and provides free shuttle bus for foreigner.

we were not able to ski lesson in Alpensia,

and we were ready to welcome foreigners at Vivaldi Park.

We have optimized our lessons at Vivaldi Park

and have already done a lot of ski lesson for many Southeast Asian people,

including Singapore & Hong Kong.

So, Do not worry if you were hesitant to come skiing in Korea

because of the close of the Alpensia ski area.

SKI TOUR in KOREA @ VIVALDI RESORT - Dining Place Introduce in Vivaldi Park ski resort

Hi everyone~! Greetings from a Instructor of JSKI

Currently, Our instructor are gathering now and are preparing to meet the students by doing physical training and core training while shedding thick sweat.

Today, I have decided to take time to introduce

Vivaldi Park Dining place to a lot of guests coming and going.

you can find not only food trucks, a food court, restaurants, cafes

and food stalls at the Main Center building, but also a separate underground complex

called Viva Plex (near the entrance of the Main Center)

where you can find various dining places that offer more than casual eateries.

The distance is not farther than I thought, and it is located 3 minutes walk from the ticket office.

It is a restaurant to find at the time of a meal frequently after skiing.

There is a food court consisting of 5 restaurants and 2 cafes.

The price is relatively reasonable, and it is mainly a favorite restaurant

in a group with children, who have been skiing on that day.

We are going to Food Court!

The first place to introduce is a GONG CHA that sells milk tea.

It has the advantage of having dessert right there

after eating food at other eateries

Whereas most cafes are mainly coffee with caffeine,

GONG CHA is a drink that children can eat with adult.

The first restaurant I would like to introduce to you is the snack bar Gonsugan.

Popular menu is Big Kimbap, Tteokbokki,

Sundae, Spicy ramen as known Korean spicy food.

Approximately 5,000 won per menu.(about 4.4$)

It is not recommended for people who can not eat spicy food

because tteokbokki and ramen are spicy better than expected.

The good thing about this restaurant is that it's the fastest when you order,

so if you do not have a lot of time, you should choice it.

In addition, if you come as a family member,

you can use a side menu for other meals.

Recommended menu: Dae-Wang Kimbap, Spicy Ramen

The third is Chinese restaurant chinese table.

The main menu of this restaurant is

jajang-myeon, chanpon, fried rice, and sweet and sour pork.

The price is about average on Daemyung Vivaldi,

and the menu can be selected from 7 ~ 8000 won per person.(about 7$)

Sweet and sour pork is so popular.

Because These day, many customers go here

so as to order the sweet and sour pork always.

Normally the price of middle size of sweet

and sour pork is about 15,000 won,

but the quantity is similar to that of traditional Chinese food.

So, It's a bang for your buck!

Especially the good thing is the sauce,

it is refreshing and sweet with the fruit sauce.

Recommended menu: Fried rice, sweet and sour pork

This restaurant is the most popular restaurant for children

Because it sells pork cutlet and udon.

The amount of this food is enough for an adult man to eat alone.

So, If you order a pork cutlet, two children are enough to eat.

If a couple orders a king pork cutlet and udon noodles,
they could eat enough.

The restaurant does not have many menus,
but it seems to be the most popular restaurant.

Recommended menu: WONDON GO, shrimp tempura udon

This restaurant is my favorite restaurant among Vivaldi park restaurants

It's a Mexican restaurant famous for tacos.

The most popular main menu are Tacos and Britto.

There are various taco menus including shrimp,bulgogi,beef and chicken.

The food at this restaurant has a unique Mexican flavor and tastes delicious.

There are also a menus having a story about Mexico, like Chifole and Quasadia

The advantage of this restaurant is that there are various menus.

This is Thai restaurant.

I think the price of this restaurant menu is more expensive

than the quantity and quality of the food.

But considering that it is a restaurant on a tourist spot,

I think this menus price is reasonable.

This restaurant has fried rice and noodles.

Fried rice is really good in taste but lacks in quantity.

children and women are satisfied enough to eat
The rice noodles are delicious with unique flavors of Thailand.
I recommend rice noodles rather than fried rice.

Recommended menu: Pad Thai Shrimp, rice noodle

There is A table view of a cafeteria.
The table is set up to seat up to 8 people.
Because it is peak time from 12:00 to 2:00,
it is recommended to have meal time in advance about one hour.

There is a table for a few people like the picture.
The sculpture is a very special and very snowy table.
Cleaning is also good, there is space in the room.
I think I could put more tables, but I felt that
Vivaldi park was doing customer service management
by not putting a table on the route for customer convenience.
The main customer is a family member
with a group of 20s and a young child.
It is the best place to recommend to family members,
who are main customers Jski,
in terms of atmosphere, food taste, and budget.

Finally, I recommended menu by number of people.

2 people - rice noodle soup + pork cutlet Donburi (rice bowl)
3 people - king pork cutlet + spicy ramen + spicy fried rice
4 people - Sweet and sour meat + Kimbap + Shrimp Tempura Udon + Pottie Shrimp

Today, I will let you know our JSKI information !!

My name is David working at JSKI as ski instructor.
I have had unforgettable great time with ski students
since I started to teach skiing.
I want to make you feel more special and
impressive ski experience.
Of course, being good at skiing is our first goal,
but I think more important thing is ensuring your safety first.
Although dangerous moment can rarely arise
while you sliding down the slope by yourself,
you don’t have to worry.
I will be there for you every time.
