Suddenly the weather got cold. Are you all ready for winter? There are also a lot of tourists visiting Korea to take ski lesson this time. So, in order to reserve a room, you have to make a reservation in advance. Today, I will let you know when you can not make reservations.

In case of the Vivaldi Park, Christmas Holidays (Dec 23 to Dec 25), Dec 18 to Dec 20, Dec 26 to Dec 28, Jan Fridays and Saturdays (6-7/13-14/20-21/27-28), New year's day (Feb 14 to 18) and Feb 26 to 27.

And in case of the Yong-pyeong, every Fridays to Saturdays, every Saturdays to Sundays and day before holidays.

This period has already been booked. If you avoid this day, you will be able to ski mellowing out.

If you take skiing lesson with JSKI, you will have a good vacation. The JSKI instructors can speak English fluently so you don't need to worry about communication. They have lots of experiences to teach kids to adults. They can handle the skills depending on the person's ability.

For the beginners, you can have ski lesson at 5-10 degree slopes. It is safe to enjoy without danger. You can enjoy skiing at a higher slope if you increase your skills to some extent. The instructors watch you from the side.

Winter vacation is coming. How are you all preparing for winter vacation?

Preparatory movement before enjoying ski @JSKI

The winter is coming. There will be someone planning to visit Korea in the winter to learn skiing.

There will be someone planning to visit Korea in the winter to learn skiing. Because of the Pyeong-Chang Winter Olympics, interest in Korean ski resorts is increasing.

Yong-pyeong Resort has a slope that is closed for preparation for the Olympics. So, it would be good to visit vivaldi Park which is all opened.

Before enjoying skiing, I will inform you of the preparatory exercise to help you ski.

The most helpful exercise for ski is a squat.

When you do a squat, your arms fold from your shoulder to your elbows, or stretch like a side by side. The legs are slightly wider than the shoulder width and go down as if sitting on a chair and then rise again.

Sit until your hips are level with the floor. Your knees should not cross your toes.

The pelvis should always be face to face and not pinched. While sitting, do not bend your back, look your gaze away and spread your breasts wide. If you take too much of your back, you can get a bunch of spines. You can exercise with the idea that you are going straight from your comfortable position.

Practice a few times before skiing. And then join the ski lesson in Korea with JSKI. You can feel your ability improved. The instructors will kindly teach you.

Enjoy skiing, snowboarding safely @JSKI

Ski and Board season is approaching to enjoy thrill and sense of speed with clear air in snowy nature. The speed at which a white snowstorm files and slides through the snowfield is good, but sports with speed like this need to be careful about safety because their mistakes can also hurt others. Therefore, for beginners, it is recommended that the correct skills and safety education be given and maintained.

Injuries on the ski slopes are most often caused by falls and collisions due to poor skills, followed by injuries caused by jumps. Especially for a beginner, when you fall down, you have to put your hands first on the floor, skiing your thumb, and boarding your wrists. In addition, skiing has been shown to cause a sudden change of direction and knee injuries.

In order to prevent such injuries in advance, thorough preparation, safety devices such as wrists, knee guards and helmets should be worn.

Guidelines for safety and action to prevent accidents and injuries

1. Safety equipment and inspection thoroughly

Protective equipment to be worn on the ski slopes includes helmets, goggles, wrists and knee guards. Wearing these equipment can prevent injuries such as fractures or sprains, so you should wear them even if you are uncomfortable. Also, be careful of clothes such as masks, hot packs and extra socks in preparation for winter statues.

2. Do not ski while drunk

Skiing under the influence of alcohol is very dangerous, as is drunk driving. This is because instantaneous power drops and momentary judgement slows down, making momentary braking impossible. This is a risk not only to the party but also to the other party.

3. Getting ready for exercise

At least 10 minutes of preparation and stretching of each joint must be done before skiing and boarding. Particularly in cold weather, the flexibility of the muscles and joints is lowered and the ability to exercise is lowered. This can lead to major injuries, so we need to raise the temperature and prepare the body through a systematic and thorough preparatory exercise.

When going skiing, you need lots of things such as ski clothes, ski boots, ski plate, poles, helmets, gloves and googles.

It is hard to bring all things so many people prefer to borrow this stuffs.

Even if you bring this stuffs, it is hard to wear these thing alone.

But when you meet us, you don't have to worry.
