Preparatory movement before enjoying ski @JSKI

The winter is coming. There will be someone planning to visit Korea in the winter to learn skiing.

Yong-pyeong Resort has a slope that is closed for preparation for the Olympics. So, it would be good to visit vivaldi Park which is all opened.

Before enjoying skiing, I will inform you of the preparatory exercise to help you ski.

The most helpful exercise for ski is a squat.

When you do a squat, your arms fold from your shoulder to your elbows, or stretch like a side by side. The legs are slightly wider than the shoulder width and go down as if sitting on a chair and then rise again.

Sit until your hips are level with the floor. Your knees should not cross your toes.

The pelvis should always be face to face and not pinched. While sitting, do not bend your back, look your gaze away and spread your breasts wide. If you take too much of your back, you can get a bunch of spines. You can exercise with the idea that you are going straight from your comfortable position.





Practice a few times before skiing. And then join the ski lesson in Korea with JSKI. You can feel your ability improved. The instructors will kindly teach you.
