The advantage of Night Skiing

Many people thought that night skiing will be dangerous because of the low temperature and darkness.

However, the truth is different!

At night there are many lights lighted up at the ski resorts. Furthermore, there are fewer skiers compared to the skiers at noon, so you don't have to waste your time waiting for lifts.

This Korean family(father and 2 daughters) wants night skiing.
The ski lesson has proceeded for 2 hours from 7pm to 9pm.

Fireworks at Ski Resorts

One more advantage of night skiing is fireworks.
Every Saturday evening, this ski resort lights up fireworks!
(We will update the schedule of this season soon!)

Of course, you can enjoy the fireworks inside the resort, but it would be an unforgettable experience to watch fireworks at white ski slopes.

Go to Ski Resort with KTX(Korean Express Train) - Free Shuttle Bus Information from/to Jinbu Station To Yongpyong Resort

How To Go To Yongpyong Ski Resort by KTX (Korean Bullet Train)

From 2017, Yongpyong resort operates a free shuttle bus from Jinbu Train Station to/from Yongpyong Resort.

Now you can go to Yongpyong resort by train!
It takes only 100 minutes from Seoul Station to Jinbu Station(Nearest station from Yongpyong resort) and 15-20 minutes from Jinbu station to Yongpyong station.

1) Incheon Airport to Jinbu: 34,400KRW
2) Seoul Station to Jinbu: 22,000KRW
You can make a reservation for the train ticket at Korail website

This is Jinbu Station.

Now, let's check the shuttle bus schedule.

Hello!

You may get hungry sooner than you thought after skiing.

In this post, we will introduce you to the most popular food court at VivaldiPark.

. It's only five minutes away from the ticket booth as well as it's a popular restaurant for instructors.

How to go to the food court in Vivaldi Park

This is the entrance of Food Court "FOOD MARKET"

1. Gong Cha

Gong Cha is a cafe tat sells milk teas and coffees.

2. 공수간 (Gong Su Gan)

Gongsugan is a Korean snack restaurant.

Most of the dishes are spicy, so people who don't eat spicy food need to be careful.

2. CHINESE TABLE

CHINESE TABLE serves Korean-style-Chinese food like Jjajang-myeon, Jjambbong, and Tangsuyuk

Jski members love the Tangsuyuk in this restaurant!

3. HARU AND SOKU

HARU and SOKU is a Japanese restaurant and it is one of the most popular restaurants in Vivaldi since they sell Pork Cutlet (돈까스) which most kids love!

3. BANES TACO

Banes Taco is a Mexican restaurant and their main menu is Taco and Fajita.

If you don't like coriander, you need to let the staff know in advance.

4. SALATHAI BISTRO

Salathai is a Thai restaurant.

The main menu is Pat Thai and rice noodles.

The peak hours in the food court is 11:30-14:00.
