What JSKI Does to Ensure Safety

Skiing or snowboarding during the winter in Korea brings a lot of excitement, and our instructors make sure our lessons are both entertaining and educational. However, the fun cannot continue without safety. Safety is one of our top priorities at JSKI, and our team is trained to handle emergency situations.

Our instructors complete CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) training to obtain the skills and information needed to assist adults and younger students. If a breathing or cardiac emergency occurs, the CPR training can make a tremendous difference because starting effective CPR within two minutes of cardiac arrest can increase the chance of survival by 200% to 300%.

JSKI’s instructors go through both adult CPR classes and pediatric CPR classes. If the student is under eight years
old, resuscitation techniques are not the same as those used for adults. The airway may need to be properly cleared. Additionally, the chest compression proportion for young children, toddlers, and infants are different from those used for adults.

Our instructors receive training from certified professionals, and the hands-on training helps JSKI better prepare for emergency situations in real life.

This training keeps instructors’ preparedness and safety awareness high. It’s an integral part of your comfort and security during your fun times with JSKI. We can provide you with professional snowsport instruction in English and guidance to help you make the most of your time both on the slopes and with other amenities at the resort. We will be there with you from pick-up to drop-off to make your experience as seamless and pleasant as possible. We want to help make your trip to Korea memorable. Feel free to contact us.
